Set the price you want to pay
Set a target amount, such as $20, and receive an alert when the recorded price falls below it. You can also set alerts for a discount percentage or a review count.
Add a game to your watchlist and set your price. We check once a night and email you when it falls below that amount. Free account, no payment details required.
Prices and alerts use the US Steam store in US dollars. We re-read prices from Steam daily for widely reviewed games, weekly for mid-sized ones and monthly for the long tail, so an alert on a less-played game can arrive a few days into a sale.

Each game page shows the lowest price we have recorded and its date, and highlights when the current price matches it. Compare the price with that record to decide whether to buy now or wait. The record reflects the price history available to us.
Explore games at their lowest recorded price, highly rated games with relatively few reviews, well-reviewed free games and discounts. Each list explains its filters and ranking.
See the percentage of positive reviews alongside the total number of reviews. Both matter: a high rating based on a few reviews carries less evidence than a similar rating based on thousands.
Follow studios and tags on your watchlist to receive an email when we record a new release from that studio or with that tag.
Price alerts are included in every account. Free accounts can watch up to five games, tags or studios. The site is funded by paid market-data plans for developers. Prices come from the Steam store, and links take you directly to Steam.
Create a free account on steamlense, open the game page and press "Watch this game", then set an alert of type "Price falls below" with the amount you are willing to pay. steamlense checks your alerts every night against its recorded prices and emails you when a game reaches yours. Those prices are re-read from Steam daily for widely reviewed games, weekly for mid-sized ones and monthly for the long tail, so an alert on a less-played game can arrive a few days into a sale. No payment details are required.
Compare it against the lowest price ever recorded for that game. Every steamlense game page shows that figure and the date it applied, and marks a current price that matches it. A game at minus 75 percent that was twice at minus 80 percent is not at its best price.
The steamlense list "Lowest recorded prices" collects games at or below their lowest recorded price, ranked by review count. Records reflect the price history available to us and may not cover every past offer.
US dollars. Every price is read from the US Steam store, so a price alert triggers on the US store price, which may differ from what the game costs in your region.
No. Price alerts, review-count alerts and new-release alerts are included in the free account. The free plan allows five watched items; the paid plans, which are aimed at developers, offer larger or unlimited watchlists.
The free plan watches five things at a time. That is enough for the games you are actually waiting for — and if it is not, the paid plans remove the limit, though they are really built for developers.
